Peace Through Service.
He is asking us to not only think of the peace we can work to achieve around the world, but also the peace we can
achieve in our own communities. He has seen the need to seek out ways we can create peaceful environment in our own communities,
as well as those abroad, through our willingness to serve.
That's what
we Rotarians do best, we serve.
Our effectiveness
as a club, as well as an organization as a whole, is only as good as you, our members, willingness to serve.
So I'm asking you to serve through:
1. Sharing your time at meetings
2. Sharing your talents and expertise with other members and on projects
3. Sharing your resources, because when pooled together we can make a significant contribution
to a better world.
So
please join me in this year of creating peace at home and around the world through your service to our great club!
